关于青岛市动漫产业发展的思考

从2006年开始,青岛市将动漫与网络游戏产业的发展列入到全市六大文化产业基地和八大优势产业计划当中,着力打造青岛动漫创意产业基地和园区,并以此为依托,构筑青岛动漫发展的基础性框架。但在动漫产业发展中存在着缺乏高素质的动漫人才和富有吸引力的动漫形象以及大量盗版动漫产品等问题。应采取加快动漫人才队伍建设、建立完整的产业链条、加强政府扶持力度和知识产权的保护等措施,促进青岛市动漫产业的发展。

Thinking about Development of Qingdao Cartoon Industry

Since 2006,Qingdao listed the development of cartoon and net game into six cultural industries and eight advantageous industries to create the base and park of cartoon industry and construct the basic frame of cartoon development.However,in the development of cartoon industry,there exist some problems of lack of cartoon talent with high quality and cartoon image with attraction but lots of pirate cartoon products.We need take some measures to advance the construction of cartoon talent,build perfect industrial chains,and strengthen government's support and the protection of knowledge property to promote the development of Qingdao cartoon industry.
