| Abstract: | In the course of exerting ruler of moral, the People's Political Consultation can play its unique advantages account of its characters, position, task and functions. The People's Political Consultation spiritual civilization is nucleus force of ruler of moral. We should play its functional role. Therefore, we can push forward the construction of democracy, maintain social stability and promote the construction of spiritual civilization. |
