| 摘 要： | 旅游业的产业地位研究是中国旅游发展实践的迫切需要,旅游业产业地位的评价可以借鉴产业经济学的相关理论,把产业划分为支柱产业、主导产业、潜导产业、关联产业、基础产业5种功能类型,并从旅游业的产业规模、产业关联度、社会效应、发展潜力4个方面提出旅游业产业地位的评价体系及相关指标的测定方法,以期较为科学地确定旅游业的产业地位,为从中央到地方的各级政府制定和实施旅游业的产业政策提供依据。
