| 摘 要： | 近年来,越来越多的企业认识到供应链在市场竞争中的战略地位,然而它们在注重供应链的整体竞争优势时,却忽略了供应链本身的完整性。传统的供应链一般只强调正向物流问题,而没有注意到与之流程相反的逆向物流问题。逆向物流是闭环供应链上的特殊环节,它不仅仅是构成完整供应链的环节之一,而且附合新的环境法规与追求最大经济价值的要求。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many more enterprises have recognized the strotingisfic signifieanee of supply chain in market competition. However, as they realize its integral competitive advantages, they neglect the integrity of itself. Traditional supply chain misses the link of reverse logistics in this process, which, being a special link in a complete close - circuit supply chain, is a result of building new law environment and achieving profit maximamization. |
