| 摘 要： | 针对国内民营航空人力资源管理混乱,雇佣关系波动的现状,运用Rousseau的心理契约测量方法（Psychologicalcontract inventory）对英安航空公司进行实证研究。通过研究结果,探析心理契约在民营航空企业中的状态以及对雇佣关系的影响,以此制定相应对策。

| Abstract: | The disorder of employment relation in private airlines in China has raised the attention of the researchers.By using Rousseau’s psychological contract inventory to carry out empirical research on the psychological contract state of a private airlines—Ying’an airline,this paper aims to seek out the reason that cause the breach of the contract and other behavioral changes caused by the psychological contract. |
