摘 要: | 缺铁性贫血是我国临床上最常见的贫血类型,也是一个全球性的健康问题。基于此,简要介绍铁营养强化剂NaFeEDTA,其具有生物利用率高、溶解性好、无铁味、无胃肠刺激等优点,自1999年在我国批准作为营养强化剂以来,在粮食制品、饮料、酱油等食品中都得到了应用。

The Characteristics of NaFeEDTA and Its Application in Food Industry |

Abstract: | Iron deifciency anemia is the most common of clinical type of anemia,is also a global health issues. Based on this, this article briefly introduced the iron nutrition fortification substance NaFeEDTA, which has some advantages such as high bioavail ability,solubility,and no iron taste,no gastrointestinal irritation. Since 1999, it was approved as a nutrition fortiifcation substance in our country, in grain products, drinks, soy sauce and other foods have been applied. |
