| Abstract: | Basing on the principle of traditional stone mill processing technology, we designed the processing technology of hullessbarley. It contained cleaning, water conditioning, curing, cooling homogeneous, surface cleaning process and the energy-saving fry seed and milling technology, which is a kind of new production technology. It can meet the market demand of zanba products production. |
