食品厂房的防爆设计

摘    要:食品生产中使用的原材料、生产辅助材料可能为易燃易爆的物质,这些物质易引起火灾爆炸的事故。为避免或减少这类事故的发生,降低事故发生后的危害,在设计食品厂房时应考虑防爆泄爆措施,除遵照现行的国家规范、法规和有关规定外,同时也要采用合理的工艺和安全操作。本文从食品厂房防爆设计的特点、平面布局、抗爆措施、泄压措施和安全措施等几个方面进行归纳总结。

Explosion Proof Design of Food Factory
Abstract:Raw materials and auxiliary materials used in the food production may be flammable and explosive substances, they may cause fire explosion accident. In order to avoid or reduce the accident rate, minimize its damage, the factory explosion-proof explosion and relief measures should be designed. In specific design, not only complying with the current specifications, regulations and relevant provisions of the state, but also using reasonable technology and safety operation. The characteristics of food factory explosion-proof design, plane layout, the anti-explosion measures and relief measures, safety measures and other several aspects are discussed in this paper.
