摘 要: | ![]() 采用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定食用玫瑰中微量铁的含量。本次实验中,邻二氮菲—铁有色配合物最大吸收峰的波长为510 nm,该有色配合物具有较好的稳定性,显色剂邻二氮菲的最适使用量为2.0 m L,该法测得福建南靖产食用玫瑰花样品中的Fe2+离子含量为67.26 mg/kg。

Abstract: | ![]() Phenanthroline spectrophotometry was chosen to measure the iron content of rosa rugosa. In this test, the maximum absorption peak of the Phenanthroline - iron colored complex was 510 nm, and the stability of the complex was very well, and the optimal usage amount of phen solution was 2.0 mL. With this method, the iron in the rosa rugosa was measured, and the content of it was 67.26 mg/kg. |
