| 摘 要： | 食物作为人类生活的基本物资,其安全性关系到每一个人。检验检测作为食品安全监管中最重要的一个环节,对保证食品安全发挥着不可或缺的作用,目前我国食品安全水平已大大提高,但国内每年仍会爆发一些严重的食品安全事件,如何通过检验检测提高食品安全性是本文探讨的问题。

China's food safety level has been greatly improved, but the domestic each year will still be some serious outbreak of food safety incidents, how to improve food safety inspection and testing are discussed in this paper. |
