| 摘 要： | 在食品安全检测检验方面,食品检测体系发挥着重要的作用。基于此,对我国食品检测体系现状展开了分析,发现我国食品检测体系存着缺乏统一准入机制、检测技术水平落后等多个问题。针对这些问题,提出相应的解决对策,以供参考。

| Abstract: | In the ifeld of food safety inspection and testing, food inspection system plays an important role. Based on this, this paper analyzed the current situation of China's food inspection system, and found that there were many problems in the food testing system, such as the lack of uniifed access mechanism, the backward detection technology level and so on. In view of these problems, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures, for reference. |
