| Abstract: | As a kind of biological macromolecules, dietary ifber plays an important role in the process of physiological metabolism and the prevention of disease which make it a focus recently. This paper discusses the main physiological functions of dietary ifber and provides a reference for the further research, development and utilization of new dietary ifber products. |
