摘    要:我国的食品工业正呈快速上升趋势,各种新资源食品在基因工程新技术的推动下,不断得到改进和应用。因此,我国的食品行业需出台新的食品安全检验与管理理念,对食品中可能存在的危害元素加以控制和检测,并采用适宜的风险评估和风险检验措施,将食品危害控制在最低水平,提升我国的食品安全水平。

Application of Risk Management in Food Inspection
Abstract:The food industry in our country is on the rapid rising trend and various new food resource is improved and applied under the new technology of genetic engineering. Therefore, the food industry in our country needs to introduce new food safety inspection and management concepts to controlled and detected the risk of food elements. To enhance China’s food safety, the use of appropriate risk assessment and risk inspection measures to control the food hazard incidents in the lowest level.
