摘 要: | ![]() 目前,烹饪一体化教学模式在技校和高职院校中得到了广泛的应用,此种教学模式打破了传统教学理论、实践与实训分离的局面,注重理论融入实践,实行一体化教学。基于此,对烹饪一体化教学模式的构建进行研究,分析教学问题产生的原因,引入工作导向、项目教学等现代教学手段,为推进我国烹饪教育事业的发展提供理论支撑。

Abstract: | ![]() Currently, cooking integration teaching mode has been widely used in the technical school and higher vocational colleges, this kind of teaching mode broke the traditional teaching of separation theory, practice and practice, pay attention to theory into practice, implement the integration of teaching. Based on this, this paper studied the construction of integrated teaching mode in the cooking, analysis of teaching problems and the reason of the problem to introduce work guidance, project teaching and other modern teaching means, to provide theoretical support for promoting the development of China's culinary education. |
