超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测牛奶中的磺胺类残留研究

为测定牛奶中的磺胺类残留,将牛奶样品吹干后用20%乙腈溶解,供超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析。具体来说,选用乙腈+0.1%甲酸-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法在正离子多反应监测模式下测定。结果表明,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牛奶中磺胺类残留在国家规定的限量范围内,该方法可以简便、快速、准确地测定牛奶中磺胺类残留。

Detection of Sulfonamide Residues in Milk with Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry

For the determination of sulfonamide residues in milk, the milk samples were dried with 20%acetonitrile solution, for ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Speciifcally, this paper selected the acetonitrile +0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase gradient elution, using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode. The results showed that UPLC-MS/MS determinating the sulfonamides residues in milk was in the limited within the scope stipulated by the state, the method was simple, rapid and accurate for determination of sulfonamides residues in milk.
