| 摘 要： | 食品安全与人们的生命健康息息相关,食品安全问题已成为全球关注的话题,随着国内与国际食品安全问题频发,国家在食品安全检测领域加大监管力度,不断完善检测体系。本文主要分析我国食品安全检测存在的问题,提出有针对性的策略,为我国食品安全检测体系的完善提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Food safety is closely related to people's life and health, food safety problems have become the topic of global concern, with the domestic and international food safety problems, our country efforts to increase regulation of the ifeld of food safety detection, and constantly improve the detection system. This paper mainly analyzed the problem of food safety testing in our country, putted forward targeted strategy, provide a reference for the perfection of China's food safety testing system for reference. |
