高技术产业对传统工业的波及影响分析

文章运用投入产出法，根据2002年和2007年中国42部门投入产出表以及OECD美国2007年的投入产出表计算了中国及美国高技术产业和传统工业的完全消耗系数，结合两国高技术产业的发展情况，对两国产业升级情况进行定量对比分析。分析表明中国技术密集型产业对高技术产业的消耗尤为突出，而劳动密集型产业对高技术密集型产业消耗较低。并依据数据为我国产业发展提出建议。

Analysis on Spreading Impact from High Technology Industries to Traditional Industries

Based on input-output method, using 42 input-output tables of China in 2002 and 2007, as well as OECD United States in 2007, this paper calculated the complete consumption coefficients of high - tech industrial and traditional industries both in China and the U. S. , Combined with high-tech industry development in the two countries, industrial upgrading in the two countries are analyzed comparatively. The results show that technology-intensive industries consume a lot of high-tech industries in China, while consumption of labor-intensive industries to high-tech-intensive industries is lower. And based on the data, some proposals for China＇s industrial development are put forward.
