管理干部院校培训业务的市场化思考

摘    要:管理干部院校的培训业务面临着良好机遇和严峻挑战,要把握机遇,迎接挑战,只有坚定不移地走培训市场化道路。要有效推动培训业务的市场化,就应该做好以下工作:树立培训市场观念、构建培训动力机制、优化培训产品结构、注重培训环境个性、整合培训优势力量、运作培训市场模式。

Abstract:The training business of management institutes faces the good opportunity and severe challenge. To make good use of the opportunity and ready for the challenge, we should get on the road to training marketization steadfastly. In order to promote the training business effectively, we should do the following jobs well: Setting up the idea of market of training; constructing system of training; optimizing the product structure of training; paying attention to environment character of training; combining the advantage of training and operating the market patterns of training.
