摘    要:目的]建立了微波萃取法提取-HPLC法检测电子电气产品中的多氯萘的方法。方法]样品以甲苯为溶剂经微波萃取法提取、硅胶小柱净化、浓缩后采用高效液相色谱法测定,以外标法进行定量。结果]方法检测低限为2.5 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.9%-5.2%,回收率为74.2%-96.8%。结论]本文所用方法操作简便、快速、准确,对实际样品的检测结果满意。

Abstract:A new method was established for the determination of polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCNs) in electrical and electronic products by microwave extraction technique and HPLC method. The sample was extracted by microwave with toluene , and purified with silica gel SPE column, and then concentrated. Under the optimum separation and detection condition, PCNs were quantified by HPLC using external standard method. The recoveries ranged from 74.2% to 96.8% ,with the RSD ranged from 2.9% to5.2%, and the lower limit of determination could get to the level that from 2.5mg/kg. This method was speedy, accurate, and simple to operate, and was used to determinate the content of PCNs in electrical and electronic oroduets with satisfactory results.
