浅谈森林资源的法律保护

森林在维持自然生态平衡、改善生态环境、防治污染等方面具有极其重要的功能。如何加强管理,实现森林资源可持续发展也成为人们普遍关注的问题。从我国森林资源的经营管理现状出发,分析森林资源管理中存在的问题及原因,提出完善我国森林资源立法的构想,以求在完善的法律制度下实现对森林资源的保护和可持续利用。

Of Forest Reserves' Legal Protection in Our Country

Forest is playing a vital role in maintaining natural ecological balance, improving ecological environment, preventing and remedying pollution etc. How to tighten up the management and then realize the sustained growth of forest reserves has become a universal problem. This thesis, according to the management and administration situation of our country's forest reserves, analyzes the problems and causes existing in management of forest reserves and raises a blueprint of perfecting the forest reserves legislation in order to realize the protection and the sustained use of forest reserves under a perfect legal system.
