| 摘 要： | 保险业是以诚信作为经营基础的行业,由于保险交易双方存在着严重的信息不对称,保险经营必须坚持最大化诚信。随着保险业的快速发展,保险企业之间的竞争加剧,诚信缺失已成为制约保险业健康发展的瓶颈。

| Abstract: | Insurance industry is an industry with sincerity management concept.Because both sides of trade exists information asymmetry,so the management of insurance industry should hold maximal sincerity.With the development of insurance and the fierce competition,the absence of sincerity has become the bottleneck of the development of insurance industry. |
