| 摘 要： | 2008年,全球性金融危机的爆发使世界经济遭到严重冲击,金融行业在这次危机中受到的影响最深,这突显了金融企业文化建设对金融业健康发展的重要性。我国的金融企业文化建设还存在很多问题和不足,只有建设符合中国实际的特色金融企业文化才能使我国金融业实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Financial crisis burst out in 2008 has great impact on global economy,especially in financial enterprises,which make it more important to build culture in financial enterprises.As there are a lot of problems exist,only with the construction of financial enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics can make financial industry to realize sustainable development. |
