摘 要: | 传统的项目管理以技术为导向 ,而在网络技术快速发展 ,知识成为企业核心竞争力的今天 ,项目管理更有了新的发展。项目管理应充分利用现代先进技术手段 ,将知识管理、管理会计等先进的管理理念与科学严谨的项目管理方法有机结合 ,既发挥项目管理方法上的优势 ,又为传统的项目管理插上知识管理的翅膀。

The Ways to Implement Effective Software Project Management |

Abstract: | Technology has a dramatic impact on traditional project management.However,with the advancement of computer and information technology,knowledge has become the great and nucleus advantage in enterprise competition.In this case,project management has made great progress.Project management should make good use of advanced technology,combine knowledge-based management and managment accounting with scientific approaches to project management.Consequently it not only takes full advantage of project management but also well integrates knowledge-based management into traditional project management. |
