| Abstract: | The enterprise generation analysis brings out new types of keeping growth for medium and small enterprises based on technique innovation.Based on unceasing transformations and innovations,continuously-growing enterprise is the kind that makes growth improve steadily and realize generation propelling effectively.The enterprise generation is the base of building sustainable growth of SMEs mechanism.On the basis of characteristics of various stages of the SMEs growth,the paper researches models of technological innovation to promote inter-generational change in SMEs,which keep growth of SMEs.This unique innovation path of capability cultivation for enterprises independent innovation has the inspiring significance. |
