| 摘 要： | 土地流转带来的失地农民问题已成为影响我国社会稳定的巨大的不稳定因素,必须引起全社会的高度关注。本文在深入分析失地农民问题成因的基础上,有针对性地提出建立合理的征地补偿和利益分享机制、建立土地补偿长效机制、建立就业扶持机制、建立居住安置机制、建立社会保障机制等解决失地农民问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The problems on farmers,who lost land in land circulation,have become great instable factors on our country's social stability.The whole community must be aroused great concern.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems on farmers,land acquisition compensation and benefit-sharing mechanisms,public land compensation mechanisms,employment support mechanisms,living placement mechanism,and social security mechanism are put up to solve the problems of lost land farmers in land circulation. |
