| 摘 要： | 羽毛球运动是我国一项十分优势的项目,也是深受广大学生喜爱的一项锻炼身体的手段。它简便易行,装备、场地设备要求较低,有着安全,锻炼效果好,调节情绪,促进交流的优势,具有明显的健身价值、教育价值和精神价值,是推进学校开展阳光体育活动的首选运动项目,通过羽毛球运动的广泛展开,保证阳光体育活动中每天锻炼一小时目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Badminton sport is a project with great advantage in our country,but also a means of exercise for the majority of the students.It is simple,and its equipment and field requirement is low.And it is a kind of safe sport,it has good exercising effect,and it can adjust emotion and promote the exchange.So it has obvious fitness value,education value and spiritual value,and it is preferred movement project to promote the development of sunshine sports activities.Through development of the badminton,it can achieve the goal of exercise one hour a day for sunshine sports activities. |
