苏宁易购的物流配送模式探究

目前国外发达国家的电子商务是建立在高效的现代物流的基础上,而我国的电子商务是建立在相对落后的物流配送体系之上,从而限制了电子商务高效快捷的优势发挥,成为了电子商务发展的瓶颈。本文通过对苏宁易购物流配送模式现状以及存在问题的分析,提出优化物流配送模式的措施,降低物流总成本,提高其企业核心竞争力,从而推动电子商务的快速发展。

Logistics Distribution Mode of Suning

At present,e-commerce in developed countries is built on the basis of the efficient modern logistics,while e-commerce of our country is built on the basis of the relatively backward distribution system,which limits the effective and efficient e-commerce advantages and has become the abottleneck of the development of e-commerce.Through analyzing the status of the logistics distribution mode of Suning and the problems,measures to optimize the logistics and distribution patterns,reduce logistics costs and improve its core competitiveness of enterprises are proposed in this paper to promote the rapid development of e-commerce.
