| Abstract: | Strengthening strategic human resource management in China’s petroleum enterprises has a crucial role in enterprise’s sustainable development.From the meaning of strategic human resource management,combining with the current status of human resources management in petroleum enterprises,this paper analysed the problems in strategic human resource management of China’s petroleum enterprises,and raised strategies for strategic human resource management. |
