| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的快速发展对人才需求的变革,高等工程教育改革已是大势所趋,校企合作作为培养创新人才的有效途径,寻求学校与企业合作的有效运行机制是关系到高等工程教育可持续发展的战略问题。天津职业技术师范大学工程实训中心(以下简称"中心")通过不断探索,形成了以产学研结合为依托,以服务企业为宗旨,以不同层次为方式,全方位建立校企合作育人平台,并收到了良好效果。

| Abstract: | With the changing in China’s rapid economic and social development to the demand for talents,the reform of higher engineering education represents the general trend.School-enterprise cooperation is the effective way to cultivate innovation talents,and seeking for effective running mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation is strategic problem which is related to the sustainable development of higher engineering education.Engineering Training Center of Tianjin University of Technology and Education(hereinafter referred to as the" center") built school-enterprise cooperation education platform through continuous exploration,relying on learning with research and production,serving enterprise for the purpose,and taking different levels as way,which received good effect. |
