| 摘 要： | 大学生村官的社会保障关系到国家政治、经济、文化、社会体制改革的成效。目前,大学生村官的生存状态是国家综合发展水平的最直接体现。本文从社会保障的功能和作用出发,考察了我国大学生村官的发展现状,分析了其中的缺陷并提出相应的解决办法,对促进我国大学生村官队伍建设提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | College student village officer social security related to the reform of national politic,economy,culture and social system.At present,the situation of college student village officer directly states the national comprehensive development level.This paper starts from the function and effect of the social security,analyzes the development situation of college student village officer,and analyzes the defects and puts forward the corresponding solutions,providing reference for promoting the construction of college student village officer. |
