| 摘 要： | 随着采煤技术及采煤核心机械装备的升级,传统的掘进方式已无法满足现代化矿井的生产需要。通过生产实践证明,矿井使用综合机械化掘进机及相关技术可大大提高掘进速度及工效。通过分析EBZ—160型综掘机在响水煤矿播土采区E2301采面运输巷的实践与应用,提出了在使用过程中出现的常见故障及其解决措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of coal technology and mechanized equipment,the traditional tunnelling way can not content the need of the modernization mine.By the production practice,it proves that using the comprehensive mechanization in laneway working can increase the tunnelling speed more fast.By analysis of practice and application of the EBZ-160 roadheader in Xiangshui Mine Tubo mining area of E2301,some common stoppage and its solutions are put forward. |
