| 摘 要： | 本文重点研究基于价值工程的装饰工程方案优化方法,提出根据消费者需求确定功能重要性系数的方法,并建立装饰工程成本核算体系,根据功能评价值及功能现实成本来分析功能与成本的匹配度,以此确定优化方案。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the optimization method of decoration engineering based on Value Engineering,puts forward the method on determining the functional importance coefficient according to consumer demand,builds cost accounting system of decoration engineering,and puts forward that optimal scheme should be determined through analyzing the matching degree between function and cost according to evaluation value and real cost of the function. |
