摘    要:任职资格管理体系对企业的人力资源管理具有重要意义,可以有效促进企业目标的实现和员工能力的提升。企业应该从标准体系的制订、资格的评价和认证以及相关管理制度的建设三个方面去构建任职资格管理体系,并在实际应用中要注意标准设立的科学合理、体系的动态管理和制度的强化执行等问题。

Abstract:The management system of post qualification has great significance to the human resource management of enterprise,and it can effectively promote the realization of business goals and the enhancement of staff capacity.Enterprises should build management system of post qualification from the formulation of standard system,evaluation and certification of qualifications and construction of related management system,and pay attention to the issues in practical application,such as establishment of scientific and rational standards,systematic dynamic management,institutional consolidation and execution and so on.
