创新驱动与企业核心竞争力塑造研究

创新驱动是中国坚持走特色自主创新道路的重要战略,也是企业提高核心竞争力的根本途径。在创新驱动发展模式下,企业面临着资金不足、创新驱动制度不完善、企业整合与运用创新资源能力偏低等问题。文章认为,企业要实现创新驱动、提高核心竞争力关键是要创新管理理念,培育和强化企业创新驱动的思想基础;培育和构建企业创新驱动体系,增强企业自主创新的引导力和保障力;强化创新资源整合与运用,提高企业自主创新能力。

On the Innovation-driven and Core Competitiveness of Enterprises in China

To adhere innovation-driven is one of the important strategies for the road of independent innovation of China, and it is also the fundamental way for the enterprises to improve the core competitiveness. In innovation-driven development model, enterprises are ~ced with problems such as insufficient funds; innovation-driven system is imperfect, low innovative ability of integrating and using of enterprise resource. This.paper considers that enterprises to achieve innovation, raise core competitiveness, the keys are to cultivate and enhaace the innovative management ideas, build enterprise innovation-driven system, and enhance the independent innovation guiding forc~ and security forces; strengthen integration and use of innovative resources, enhance independent innovation capability.
