中国城镇化及城市群协调发展的战略与对策

中国特色的城镇化建设应该与工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化紧密联系,同步发展。城镇化蕴含着巨大的内需潜力,将成为中国经济增长的新引擎。推进城镇化,核心是人的城镇化,关键是提高城镇化质量,目的是造福百姓和富裕农民。城镇化要走集约、节能、生态的新路子,不能人为"造城",要实现产业发展和城镇建设相融合,让农民工逐步融入城镇,真正分享社会经济发展"中国梦"的成果。城镇化是城市群的塑造过程,也是实现"中国梦"的奋斗历程,城市群则是城镇化推进演绎的结果。

The new urbanization with Chinese characteristic should be connected with the ＂four moderations＂. The new urbanization contains huge potential of domestic demand which will be the new engine of economic growth. To promote the new urbanization, the key is to improve the quality of urbanization, the purpose is to benefit the people and make farmers rich. The new urbanization should follow the way of energy saving, in order to realize the integratioh of industrial development and urban construction, so as to make migrant workers gradually into the city, can real share the achievements of social and economic development of the ＂Chinese dream＂. Urbanization is the shaping process of urban agglomerations, as well as to realize the course of struggle of the ＂Chinese dream＂, urban agglomeration is the advance of urbanization interpretation results.
