自由经贸区建设与两岸区域协同发展的探索——第二届区域合作学术年会观点综述

为了顺应全球区域整合快速发展的趋势,2013年台湾提出了"自由经济示范区"的规划。这一规划被视作提升经济动能、推动经济发展的前瞻性、突破性的政策创举,对于台湾全球化产业升级及融入亚太经贸自由化具有重要意义,这将对台湾经济发展与两岸交流合作产生深远影响。文章择要综述了"第二届两岸区域合作论坛"部分专家学者的观点与思路,希望能为加快自由经贸区建设、创造性地开辟两岸合作新路径、推进两岸区域协同发展提供参考。

The Summary Views of the Second Session on the Construction of FTZ and Cross-strait Harmonious Development of Regional Economy

Taiwan has put forward the Free Economic Pilot Zones policies to conform to the trend of the global regional integration in 2013. The project was regarded as the prospective and breakthrough policies to boost the economy energy, promote economic development. It is important to Taiwan to upgrade the industry and to integrate into the Asia-Pacific free-trade, which will have great impact on the economic development of Taiwan and cross-traits＇ exchanges and cooperation. We try to review the main academic contributions of the second session of the cross-strait regional cooperation and hope that the article will provide reference to speed up the development of FTZ and open up the new ways of the cross-strait co-operation and harmonious development of regional economy.
