| 摘 要： | 文章在对陕南地区茶产业发展趋势分析的基础上,考虑陕南地区的茶产业基础和资源优势,梳理陕南茶产业的发展现状和问题,提出对策建议:提高发展陕南地区茶产业的现代化意识;树立正确的陕南地区茶产业发展指导思想;政府要加大对陕南地区茶产业的服务功能,加强对茶产业的资金与科技支持,强化人力资源管理与服务优化工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the development trend of tea industry in southern shaanxi, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the tea industry development from the tea industrial base and its resource advantages, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions： improving the development of tea industry in modern consciousness, setting up the correct tea industry development idea, the government should enhance the service function of tea industry and strengthen capital and technology support, strengthening human resources management and service optimization work in southern Shaanxi. |
