中国—东盟区域经济一体化进程中的金融支撑

随着TPP谈判、RCEP谈判的推进和南中国海冲突日益增多,中国与东盟的交流与合作面临着新的挑战。在当前日益复杂的中国—东盟关系形势下,文章试图寻找中国—东盟金融合作新的路径。文章认为,中国与东盟的金融合作已不是一个单纯的经济问题,而是掺杂了经济因素和非经济因素。文章分析了中国—东盟金融合作的经济障碍和非经济障碍,并基于此状况,沿着增强中国与东盟的金融互信、考虑中国与东盟金融发展水平差异、建立统一稳定的区域金融市场以及抵制区域外势力的干预的思路提出了在当前形势下中国与东盟金融合作的推动策略。

The Financial Support of China - ASEAN Regional Economic Integration

With the TPP and RCEP negotiation forward and the growing conflicts of the South China Sea, exchange and cooperation between China and ASEAN face new challenges. In the current situation of increasingly complex China-ASEAN relations, from the perspective of financial, this paper tries to find the path of cooperation between China and ASEAN under the new situation cooperation in order to consolidate and deepen the cooperation between China and ASEAN. In the paper, firstly the paper investigates the current situation of China-ASEAN financial cooperation, and then analyzes financial barriers of China-ASEAN cooperation; finally the paper makes some suggestions on current financial cooperation between China and ASEAN.
