基于生计资本路径的贫困地区生计策略研究——广西凤山县四个可持续生计项目村的调查

可持续生计方法是社会组织解决贫困问题的一种方法。文章以香港PCD投资扶持广西凤山县可持续生计发展项目为例,运用极差标准化、多元logistic回归分析等方法,以生计资本为基础单元,对农户的生计资本状况进行定量与定性分析,揭示了农户生计资本与生计策略之间的关系。结果表明:(1)项目村整体生计资本状况不充裕,由于有PCD项目农村小额信贷资金等方面的扶持,人力资本、金融资本相对富裕;(2)人力资本、金融资本更丰富的农户倾向于选择非务农的生计活动,而自然资本丰富的农户更多地愿意从事农业生产;(3)PCD项目推行以集约化、扩大化、移民、可持续发展等生计策略来推进项目村可持续扶贫的进程。

The Research of Livelihood Strategies in Poor Areas Based on Livelihood Capitals raThe Inspection of Four Villages for the Sustainable Livelihood Projects in Fengshan Country of Guangxi

Sustainable livelihood approach is a way to solve the poverty problem for the social organizations. The first phase of Hong Kong PCD investment support sustainable livelihood development project for Guangxi Fengshan country has been successfully completed. Relying on this project, based on a questionnaires of 104 pieces for 203 farmers in project villages and interviews with the village leaders, using poor standardization, multivariate logistic regression analysis, regarding livelihood capital as the basic unit, making a qualitative and quantitative analysis for the livelihood capital states of farmers and reveals the relationship between farmers＇ livelihood capitals and livelihood strategies. The results show that： （1）The overall livelihood capital positions of the project villages are not sufficient, human capitals and financial capitals are relatively affluent because of PCD projects in rural microfinance funds to support.（2） Human capitals, financial capitals richer households tend to choose non-farm livelihood activities, and natural capitals richer farmers are more willing to engage in agricultural production.（3）PCD projects are implemented to intensive, expansion, migration and sustainable development strategies to advance the progress of sustainable poverty alleviation for the project villages.
