省会迁移的新经济地理学思考——以江苏为例

政治、经济、军事都是历史上都城迁移决定的重要因素。在社会政治、经济、军事平稳的今天,省会的位置相对稳定。从新经济地理学视角提出省会迁移是基于两方面的考虑:一是省会城市越来越拥挤,产生离心力,经济发展缺乏后劲;二是省会迁移到其他城市,会为移入地注入新鲜血液,带动移入地及周边地区发展。文章以江苏为例,先对自辛亥革命后江苏省会迁移的历史作了阐述,继而分析当前有可能导致江苏省会迁移的现实之处,最后对省会迁移的作用机制、移入城市、迁移成本作了相应的探讨。

New Economic Geography Thinking of Provincial Capital Transfer --Take Example of Jiangsu Province

Politics, economy, military are the key factors in the capital transfer in history. The provincial capital position is relatively stable in current times which politics, economy, military are stable. The paper puts forward provincial capital transformation based on the two considerations in the perspective of new economic geography. One is the provincial capital become more and more crowded, and then it will produce centrifugal force and finally result in the lack of stamina of economic development. Second is that it will bring fresh blood to other cities and promoting other cities and surrounding regions＇ development if the provincial capital transfers to other cities. Therefore this paper proposes the idea of transferring capital of Jiangsu Province. The paper makes a description of provincial capital transfer in Jiangsu Province after the Revolution of 1911, analyzed the possibility that cause provincial capital transfer in current time and make corresponding discussion on mechanism, transfer costs of provincial capital.
