| 摘 要： | 风险投资是高新技术发展的重要源泉和保障,但投资风险却一直是阻碍高新技术产业风险投资的重要障碍。文章通过建立高新技术风险投资的风险衡量和评价体系,设立相应的阈值,从而达到防范高新技术产业投资风险的目的。
