| 摘 要： | 中国严峻的环境污染和资源紧缺问题要求企业必须进行节能减排,但节能减排会增加企业成本导致推行难度很大。文章分析了企业进行节能减排的经济学动因,并从博弈论视角解读节能减排能顺利实施的保障因子。文章提出,要推进节能减排,调整产业结构、鼓励企业技术创新和用市场机制引导转型、建立严厉的奖惩机制才是解决生态环保问题的根本关键。

| Abstract: | Serious environmental pollution and insufficient resources in China require that enterprises should conduct energy conservation and emission reduction. However, energy conservation and emission reduction will increase enterprise cost and lead to greatly difficult implementation. This article analyzes economic agent for enterprises performing energy conservation and emission reduction, and from the perspective of game theory interprets guarantee factor that can make energy conservation and emission reduction be carried out smoothly, fin-thermore, produces that energy conservation and emission reduction must be promoted. It＇ s fimdamental key to solve problems of ecology and environmental protection that adjusting industrial structure, encouraging enterprise technology innovation, guiding transformation by market mechanism, establishing strict reward and ptmishment mechanism. |
