多元化与归核化战略转换机制与表现形式:动态一致性观点

文章在战略理论、动态能力理论及其他有关多元化与归核化相关文献的归纳梳理的基础上,构建了企业资源—环境—战略的动态一致性概念框架模型。研究发现,多元化与归核化战略转换的运行机理不仅是搜寻市场机会和规避市场风险的经营业务调整过程,实质是克服"核心刚性"、重塑或再造核心能力的过程,其动态转换的表现形式为多元化与归核化交替出现的"搜寻"或"逼近"资源—环境—战略最优匹配状态的过程。

Research on the Dynamic Alignment of Diversification and Refocusing： A Conceptual Framework Model

Based on the strategy theory, dynamic capability theory and other literature related to diversification and refocusing, this paper constructs a conceptual framework model based on dynamic alignment of resources-environment-strategy, analyzes the diversify and refocusing strategy conversion operation mechanism and status, expects to establish a logic cognitive system of diversifying and refocusing strategy dynamic process. These provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to properly implement diversify and refocusing.
