后金融危机时期我国中小企业财务管理策略研究

后金融危机时代，我国中小企业在危机中暴露出许多问题，究其原因，主要源于资金严重不足，融资难、担保难；缺乏投资分析，财务风险控制薄弱等。这些因素严重遏制了中小企业的快速发展。政府应加大扶持中小企业力度。帮助其拓宽筹资渠道，有效强化资金管理与财务控制，降低企业财务风险和负债率。以避免盲目举债扩张。同时，更应创造促进中小企业发展的良好政策环境，为企业经营管理工作及企业整体战略的实现保驾护航。

Strategies on financial Management of China's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Post-financial Crisis Period

In post-financial crisis, many problems appeared in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises are due to serious shortage of funds, difficult financing and assurance, lack of investment analysis, and weak control of financial risk, etc. These factors seriously restrain rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The government should increase support for small and medi- um-sized enterprises, help them expand financing channels, increase capital management and financial control, decrease financial risk and liability ratio to avoid blind expansion by debt. Furthermore, the government should create a perfect policy environment to promote development of small and medium-sized enterprises and realize protection for the enterprise management and integrated strategy.
