煤炭企业人才流失的影响因素与解决措施

摘    要:煤炭企业工作环境艰苦、管理粗放、人才理念落后、分配制度不合理,是造成煤炭企业人才流失的主要原因。煤炭企业人才的基本问题主要有选人、育人、用人和留人。留住人才、用好人才的对策是:建立选人机制,为国有煤炭企业招才纳贤;建立用人机制,充分发挥人才的最大价值;建立培训制度,创造适宜人才成长的环境;建立绩效管理机制,以待遇留住人才;坚持以人为本,以情感留人。
