| 摘 要： | 学校体育场馆资源是进行日常教学、运动训练、运动竞赛及身体锻炼的场所,是我国全民健身计划进一步深入的基础,其具有准公共产品性质和正外部性的社会效益。因此,学校体育场馆资源的开发利用引入经济补偿机制,有助于实现资源的优化,达到社会效益和经济效益的均衡。经济补偿机制涉及经济补偿的理论基础、经济补偿的必要性、经济补偿的原则、经济补偿资金的来源和分配等,在此基础上,提出我国学校体育场馆资源了开放经济补偿机制的具体途径。

| Abstract: | The school sports venue is a place for implementing daily teaching activity,training and sports competition and exercises,and is the foundation of launching nationwide fitness campaign.It has social effect with quasi-public goods property and positive externality.So,the introduction of economic compensation mechanism into the development and utilization of school sports venue resource is helpful to optimize resources and balance social effect and economic benefit.Economic compensation mechanism involves its theoretical principle,necessity,principle,and capital source and allocation of funds of economic compensation.On the basis,the paper puts forward the specific way to implement economic compensation mechanism to school sports venue resource. |
