| Abstract: | In the medical colleges,scientific research work is lack of experience,research level and capacity is relatively low,and research team building is lagging behind.The article takes the Cangzhou Medical College for example,analyzes the status of research work in medical colleges,identifyies the bottlenecks restricting the development of scientific research,and explores its development way in line with the realty. |
