论高校体育教学监控与督导机制的问题与策略

高校教学监控与督导机制是为了规范教学秩序,提高教学质量的一个不可或缺的环节。通过监控与督导发现教学活动中存在的问题,并对这些问题进行改正与指导。体育教学因其教学方法多样、教学形式开放,教学监控与督导的难度较大,有很强的专业特色。本文通过对我国高等院校体育教学质量监控与督导制度的研究与解读,对存在的问题进行分析,提出改进体育教学监控与督导机制的一些建议与办法,希望为体育教学质量监控与督导体系的建立通过一些参考。

Problems in the Monitoring and Supervision Mechanism for the College Physical Education and the Strategy

The teaching monitoring and supervisory mechanism is an integral part to regulate the teaching order and improve the quality of teaching.Through monitoring and supervision we can find the problems in teaching activities,and correct and guide these issues.Because of the diverse teaching methods and open teaching forms of physical education,monitoring and supervision of teaching is more difficult,and has strong professional characteristics.Based on the research and interpretation of the monitoring and supervisory mechanism for the teaching quality of physical education,the paper analyzes the problems,and makes some recommendations and methods,in hope of providing a number of references for the monitoring and supervisory mechanism for the physical education.
