| Abstract: | As we know,resort hotels are influenced by seasons easily.Nowadays,more and more atypical employees are rccruited in resort hotels recruit in order to reduce human resource cost.The purpose of the paper is to study how a resort hotel builds and manages an efficient and stable team of atypical workers. |
