| 摘 要： | 通过研究和借鉴发达国家同类本科院校的成熟经验,对我国新建应用型本科院校在人才培养目标定位、人才培养模式选择、课程体系、教学模式和实践教学途径等方面进行了探讨。总结出应用型人才培养必须在创新教学体系的基础上不断探索,以市场需求为导向,构建和完善适应学生成长成才的创新培养模式。 |

| Abstract: | This paper studies and learns from the mature experience of similar colleges in the developed countries,discusses orientation of talent training objectives,selections of talent training modes,curriculum systems,teaching modes and approaches of practice training in new-built applied colleges in China.It concludes that the applied talent training must be continuously explored based on innovative teaching system,combining with market demands,to build and promote innovative training mode that suitable for the students′growth and success. |
